About DigiShop Direct
DigiShopDirect was founded in 2003 to offer the increasing number of PC users
who are starting to use their computers for more than just playing games and surfing
the internet, an easy to access, simple shopping resource with great prices and
a range of products to service all their print and consumable needs.
We buy products in the biggest volumes we can afford, and most of our products
come directly from the manufacturer, cutting out the ‘middle-man’
and helping us provide you, the consumer with some of the lowest prices in the
UK.
We have 3 main objectives:
- Despatch orders the same-day as received.
- Offer a quality range of products.
- Keep our prices as low as possible.
As you will see from our site, we offer a narrow range of products compared
to many of our competitors. The reason for this is so we can focus firmly on
achieving the 3 objectives mentioned above. This allows us to know our products
better, get better deals from manufacturers and as a result offer the consumer
an improved service. We do add products though, usually as customer requests/comments
indicate new areas of interest, but also as new products that compliment our
range are launched onto the market.
We have focused on the Internet as our selling environment, as it allows customers
to order at any time during the day, and not have to worry about fitting into
our opening hours. Most of our non-business orders are received after ‘tea
time’ in the evening, a time when we, like most businesses, have gone
home to live our lives too! This offers our customers, and us, great convenience.
First thing in the morning, we can get straight on with the job of getting the
previous evenings orders processed and despatched.
